The purpose for the Hokkshideh Journal is the sheer discovery of what the Hokkshideh is doing to assist us. Our Higher Self is never separate from Spirit – it is only the Shideh which chooses separation. The Journal shows us how to re-establish the connection! The intent of doing this Journal is to understand how your Higher Self is programming you from your unconscious mind into your conscious mind.
