We are so much more than the touchable, quantifiable physical body!

We exist as an egg-shaped sphere of energy, as wide as your fully extended arms, called your Luminous Egg Cocoon. What you call your body is in fact just the “yolk” of your luminous energy self.

In this session, we explore several components of the energy body to understand the magnificence of our potential to evolve towards the light. We’ll examine the 10 eyes and 5 ears that extend our ability to see and hear non-physical energies. We’re experiment with our energy fibers that can be tied to protect us from negative energy, and to scan for what’s really happening so we know how to best communicate in a situation. We’ll learn about the 5 shields: the Little Girl, Little Boy, Adult Woman, Adult Man and Elder within every human, which give us different perspectives on life and guide us to greater male-female balance.

The energy body is real. Once you have concepts to describe it, and begin to consciously inhabit this part of your being, it comes alive within you in new ways, giving you new options for interacting with your world.
