Ceremonies play an important and powerful part in our integration and transformation process in life. Sometimes, ceremonies are done in groups and others are done solo out in nature. Some ceremonies in the Sweet Medicine SunDance tradition can be completed within a couple of hours while others can span multiple days. Ceremony can lead you into another dimension, another state of consciousness where you connect to spirit.

In these challenging times, ceremony is the path that gets us there. And when we travel to “power spots”, we have the opportunity to connect to the lineage of those who have gone before.
