SMSD Leadership – it’s not a Pre-Packaged Deal

In these teachings Janneke will examine our strengths and weaknesses as we meet our Maku Child, Awakening Wisdom Weaver. This talk will draw from inputs from the January Gold Lodge where we engaged in four working groups on different aspects of our SMSD leadership. You shared both our strengths and weaknesses, our hurdles and multiple solution-oriented perspectives in our forward movement.

Taking Benevolent Compassion to the Next Level

Our closing teachings for the AWL/GL ceremonial week will be done by Janneke and Mary. We will speak about taking our benevolent compassion to the next level. Some years ago, Thunder Strikes spoke about four levels of interacting with other humans. He described our evolution from being “takers to givers to sharers to bestowers”. These four descriptors offer us a good look within to discern our intent, an assessment of our impact, and a stretch for our excellence. In each interaction, are we an image-taker, an image-maker, an image-sharer, or are we willing to become an image-bestower?
