This Purification Lodge is for both perimenopausal (going through hormonal shift) and menopausal women (one year after their last bleeding). We acknowledge the physical and emotional changes in our lives so that we can open to receive the teachings of the Grandmothers about the Wise Blood Time and Matriarchal Power. We honor this phase in our lives as a rite of passage. Cleansing and praying in the purification lodge will assist us in activating our Spirit Womb so that we can begin to understand how to birth our Spirit Children. In this way, we strengthen our vision, passion and lust for life.
