Time/Space, Situations & Inner Self Tyrants

Part of our Tyrants blog series where you will learn the many faces of the tyrants. You will learn about the other tyrants of life like time, situations, space and the environment. You will also learn about the people called “Two-Legged Tyrants” and what their focus is for tyranting you. You will clearly see how you opened the door and let the tyrant in. Best of all, this series teaches you how to stop any tyrant from stealing your life force energy and how to count coup and gain the true teaching for both you and the tyrant.

In our previous blog, we covered the Environmental tyrants in the South, encompassing weather, climate, and workplace dynamics, affecting our daily lives, from leisure choices to work hours.

WEST: the time and space tyrants

In the west are the time and space tyrants. This has to do with how fast time is going and how close something is to you. Space means a lot of things: your house and car and what happens within those spaces. The nature of the workplace space, for example, is a space tyrant. Fluorescent lights, noisy and cramped spaces. There are many examples of space tyrants. Everything from where you can and cannot walk on certain days to limitations on how and where you can build something.

Time tyrants usually have to do with clock time. For example, the time you are given to pay a bill, or file your income tax, or perhaps the time clock you punch at work. Or on a more personal level is your day crammed with appointments without a break? Do you create stress in your life over late or missed commitments? Does the clock run your life? All these have a connection to the economic image makers. Economics will have a tremendous influence on your use of time and overall space. For example, if you don’t pay your water bill on time, they’ll shut off your water. In most housing developments, economic considerations determine what the association will allow you to do with the space you supposedly own. Your relationship to time and space is the major factor in whether time and space is a tyrant to you.

NORTH: the situational tyrants

In the north are the situational tyrants, The situational tyrant works with social and political image makers and has to do with how institutions, organizations and groups influence your lifestyle, For example, churches, Congress or even the telephone company. The political and social image makers create situational tyrants for us. For example, have you ever had a problem arise due to a computer error and try to get resolution quickly?

An example of a situational tyrant is when you buy something at a store and return it and they tell you that because they are going out of business you can only exchange for other merchandise and there is nothing else in the store you want to buy.

Another example of a situational tyrant is having a car that won’t start. So you call the auto club and wait for them to show up. Then you find out they can only tow you so far for free, and the nearest garage is out of the free zone; As a result of not handling the situational tyrants well, you can ruin an entire day just because your car won’t start.

EAST: two-legged

In the east are the two-legged tyrants. We will make a thorough study of the two-legged tyrant later.

CENTER: the inner self tyrant

In the center is the inner self tyrant. These are our own inner five aspects of self.
